Dr. Unang Mulkhan, MBA.
Business and Human Rights, Foundation for International Human Rights Reporting Standards (FIHRRST)
Dr Unang Mulkhan received his PhD in Management, Work, and Organisation from the University of Stirling, Scotland in the UK and holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management (MSM), the Netherlands. He also received post-graduate diploma on Sustainable Local Economic Development (SLED) from Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) from Erasmus University, the Netherlands. Dr Mulkhan was selected as one of researchers on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Human Rights issues under Regional Research Initiative/RRI 2019 program, run by Raoul Wallenberg Institute (RWI), Sweden. He also participated in Sustainable Local Economic Development project in Vietnam supported by CSEAS Kyoto University, Japan. He received SDGs-Certified Leader from UNDP Indonesia in 2020. He has a deep knowledge in mainstreaming SDGs into University and localizing SDGs to local contexts. He works closely with local governments, international institutions and NGOs in the area of human rights, development, and SDGs, such as with Asian Development Bank (ADB), Raoul Wallenberg Institute (RWI), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG ASPAC).

Fabio Coelho, MA., Ph.D. (Cand.)
Internationalisation, the Centre for Higher Education Internationalisation (CHEI), UNICATT, Italy
Fabio Coelho is a linguist and an educator. His educational training includes a BA degree in Journalism from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) in Brazil, an MA degree in Linguistics and a bilingual teaching credential from San Jose State University (SJSU) in the US, and he is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in Italy, with a research focus on the internationalization and positioning of higher education in Indonesia. Professionally, Fabio has worked as a teacher of English in Brazil, as a writing specialist at the SJSU’s Writing Center, and also as a bilingual public school teacher in San Jose, CA. Fabio also has extensive professional experience in Indonesia, first as an English Language fellow and visiting scholar with pre- and in-service teachers in three Indonesian universities, and later as a teacher and secondary coordinator at an international school in
Central Java. He also worked across the Indonesian archipelago as an English language examiner, a job he continued to do later in China, this time as a Language Assessment Consultant for the British Council in Shanghai. In addition to conducting his PhD research in Indonesia, Fabio now has been acting as a consultant and language specialist on projects focused on curriculum design and teacher professional development, particularly at the intersection of language teaching, environmental awareness, and critical pedagogies.

Prof. Raihani, M.Ed. Ph.D.
Inclusive Education, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau
Raihani is a professor of Islamic Education Studies at Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University of Riau, Indonesia. After completing his master’s and doctorate at The University of Melbourne in 2006 – both under the Australian government scholarships, he has actively conducted research on issues of education particularly its relations with the construction of inclusive and multicultural society. He has won various research grants and received several reputable fellowships abroad including ARC Discovery Research Fellowship, Endeavour Research Fellowship, Endeavour Executive Fellowship, and Fulbright Visiting Scholar Fellowship. As an academic, Prof. Raihani has published numerous works in reputable international journals and books, placing his name as one of the Indonesian citable scholars in the field of education and Islamic education in the world. Among his publications includes a sole-authored book entitled “Creating Multicultural Citizens: a Portrayal of Contemporary Indonesian Education” published in 2014. Besides his academic endeavours, he has also served as a qualitative research adviser or specialist for several education projects at major development agencies since 2008.

Dr. Ichsan
Dr. Ichsan has over 16 years of experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and waste management. He has worked in various fields such as geothermal, biodiesel, bioethanol, biomass, biogas, solar photovoltaic, wind energy, and hydropower. He is also knowledgeable in energy audit, energy benchmarking, organic waste processing with maggot Black Soldier Fly/BSF, waste-to-biofuel, industrial wastewater treatment, and wastewater for algae-to-protein.
During his time in Europe (Germany & the Netherlands) for more than 8 years, he worked for Shell Netherlands BV as a Process Control Engineer and Process Design Center BV as an Energy Auditor and Project Manager. In 2010, he returned to Indonesia to support geothermal projects. He has worked on various projects, including an integrated biogas-microalgae project, feasibility studies for waste from palm oil mills, and training coconut farmers to utilize their waste.
From 2014 to 2018, he served as the Senior Manager of Renewable Energy at MCA-Indonesia, managing a $200 million grant for renewable energy projects. He was responsible for overseeing projects in over 100 remote villages and evaluating project proposals, construction documents, and contractor works. He also played a role in establishing several BUMDES in Indonesia.
Currently, Dr. Ichsan is a Senior Renewable Energy Officer at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), managing $3.6 million projects funded by the New Zealand Government. He also provides consultancy as a Business Advisor for PT Bina Karya (PERSERO) in developing circular economy projects in industrial estates. He has completed multiple feasibility studies for waste-to-product projects and served as a Circular Economy Advisor at The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Furthermore, Dr. Ichsan has written books, book chapters, and academic papers on renewable energy, energy security, and circular economy. He has mentored over 300 young people and 200 business startups in sustainability. Additionally, he is an active sustainable lecturer at various universities in Indonesia.

Sheizi Prista Sari, Ph.D
Community Health Nursing, Padjajaran University, Indonesia
Sheizi Prista Sari has been a lecturer since 2005 in the faculty of nursing at Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing science and completed a one-year internship program afterwards to become a registered nurse. She obtained a master’s degree in community health nursing at Universitas Padjadjaran. While completing her master’s degree, she was involved in activities at the provincial level dedicated to strengthening community-based health care services in West Java province, for which she received an award from West Java’s governor in 2012. In 2016, She got an opportunity to join two weeks of in-service training in advanced geriatric nursing curriculum development in Japan, organized by JICA Japan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. After joining the training, she became a national trainer of Basic Geriatric Nursing training for hospital nurses arranged by the Ministry of Health and hospitals in Indonesia. Her experiences in Japan learning about health care services for older adults led her to focus her research on the quality of life of community-dwelling older adults. Simultaneously, she was involved in national training for vocational nursing school educators on improving the quality of community health services through interprofessional collaboration at the education level.
In 2017, Dr. Sari decided to develop her research skill and complete her highest level of education in the doctoral program. After successfully getting a scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) and the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (BUDI-LN Scholarship), she started her PhD trajectory at the department of Health Services Research at Maastricht University in May 2018. She worked under supervision from Prof. dr. Jos M.G.A. Schols, Prof. dr. Christa Lohrmann, Dr Ruud Halfens, Dr Irma H.J. Everink, and Dr Yufitriana Amir. In addition to conducting her PhD trajectory, she attended training and courses at Maastricht University. She also joined regular PhD student meetings involving PhD nursing students from the Department of Health Services Research Maastricht University (the Netherlands), Institute of Nursing Science Medical University of Graz (Austria) and Health Division Bern University of Applied Science (Switzerland). To communicate and present her research, Dr. Sari published several articles and joined international conferences. After obtaining her PhD, she continues working as a lecturer in the Faculty of Nursing at Universitas Padjadjaran with the motto “being the best is not the goal, giving the best is the most important.”

Tjut Silvana Devi
Tjut Devi is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a diverse background in the renewable energy sector, international development, and business. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Indonesia Renewable Energy Society (METI) and the Co-Founder & CEO of PT REtraceindo Energi Persada, Devi has been instrumental in promoting sustainable energy practices in Indonesia.
With a strong commitment to environmental conservation, Devi also holds a position as a Member of the National Steering Committee for the Global Environment Facility Indonesia – Small Grant Programme.
Throughout her career, Tjut Devi has gained extensive experience and knowledge working with various organizations. She spent a decade with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Additionally, Devi was an Australian Education Manager for the Australian Government Department of Education, and a Client Service Advisor for the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade).
Devi’s journey began with a solid academic foundation. She pursued her studies in Business Administration (Marketing) at California State University, Fresno. Her educational pursuits also include European Studies at the University of Indonesia, Management at Fresno National University, and Art History at University of California, Irvine.
Additionally, Devi was an Australian Education Manager for the Australian Government Department of Education, who facilitated educational exchanges and partnerships between Australia and Indonesia. She also worked as a Client Service Advisor for the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade).

Dr. Tatenda Zinyemba
United Nations University-MERIT, The Netherlands
Dr. Tatenda Zinyemba is a researcher at UNU-MERIT and her research focuses on inequalities in education, health and gender. Her PhD dissertation analyzed the effects of HIV on gender gaps in educational attainment in sub-Saharan Africa. This research is in line with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, which seeks to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Ongoing and developing research projects include examining the intergenerational transmission of education; analysis of health care systems and policies; contraceptive use, Intimate partner physical violence; and effects of gender inequality on economic development in sub-Saharan Africa. These topics align with SDG 5, which aims to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.
She has worked on evaluation projects that examined the effects of school feeding programs on schooling outcomes with the World Food Program in Madagascar and Gambia. She has published articles related to education, gender and health. Tatenda has a PhD in Economics (Education and Health) from Maastricht University/UNU-MERIT, a Master’s in Public Affairs from Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, a Master’s in Economics from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor in Mathematics from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
