Institut Keberlanjutan Satya (Satya Institute for Sustainability) at Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau (UIN SUSKA Riau) Riau aims for a better and sustainable world with peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. It aims to contribute to promoting sustainability in any aspect of life as well as achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through its research and education as well as training. Through research, the institute aims to generate new insights to accelerate sustainability innovation. Through education and training, it focuses on disseminating and sharing knowledge, improving sustainability awareness and competencies, and translating new knowledge to promote individual and collective sustainable behaviours and practices. These three main pillars —research, education and training—becomes a comprehensive strategy to achieve our goals.
